I have stayed at this hotel many times. After our first stay here, my wife and I made this our “hotel of choice” when coming to New Orleans. The location and price make this a great choice. The staff has always been very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, with our last stay there was an incident with our vehicle while in the valets’ possession. We found out the hard way that the management staff is not in any way accommodating, our even concerned with their customers. I have attempted many times by phone and email to resolve this issue, with no luck. The GM “Michelle” was very nice when we spoke and assured me that she would e-mail me “by the end of the day”. Of course she did not and has since, not returned any of my calls or emails! After speaking with the NOPD, I now have to go back to the hotel and call the police department to have them come and make an accident report. Even with the price and location, it’s no longer worth it to stay at this hotel.
